Chris Haag, Co-CEO, Equity Owner
Chris Haag has over 15 years experience in outsourcing and the document management arena. He has extensive experience in sales management, operations, workflow analysis, client retention, and employee development. His tenure consists of multiple executive level positions with IKON Office Solutions and On-Site Sourcing, Inc., including the Vice-President of Sales at IKON for all outsourcing business lines in Northeast Ohio. His vision has helped transform ProFile Imaging into one of the most recognizable and fastest growing companies in the state of Ohio for three consecutive years.

Kevin ODonnell, Co-CEO, Equity Owner
Kevin O'Donnell has been in the litigation management field since 1999. After receiving his Business Degree from University of Dayton, he helped start ProFile Imaging in 2001. His vision of creating a company that can actually add value through knowledgeable consultation, advanced technology, and loud marketing has proven to be a success, for ProFile Imaging has been awarded one of the fastest growing companies six years in a row. In addition, ProFile has been ranked nationally through Inc. Magazine.

Jamie Hylton, Production Manager
Jamie joined the Profile team in January of 2007. Since his arrival, Jamie has been a vital component to the continued success of Profile Imaging. As Operations Manager for Profile, Jamie brings a diverse litigation support career dating back to 1994. His experience includes customer service, production management, project and administrative management. In addition, Jamie has a great appreciation for the client’s point of view developed during his onsite experience as Internal Services Manager for a prominent Cleveland

Ryan Jeppe, Imaging Manager-Cleveland
Ryan has been in the litigation management business since 1999, he has been on the imaging side since 2002. Ryan had a successful career in sales before moving to his current position of Imaging Manager. Ryan has been trained in Doculex and is also familiar with Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop as well as Microsoft Office. Ryan is a Summation Certified Trainer. This helps when consulting with clients about the most efficient way to handle document productions, while being able to train and answer questions clients may have about building their databases.

Scott Huter, Senior Account Executive-Cleveland
Scott graduated from Kent State University in May of 2000 with a B.B.A. in Marketing and a minor in Computer Information Systems. He has been advising and servicing the legal industry since 2000. During his tenure, Scott has managed some of the largest and most complex litigation productions in the country. His strict attention to detail with each individual project has helped ProFile Imaging become one of the largest and most successful litigation support companies in Ohio.

Ryan Lunar, Account Executive-Cleveland
Ryan has been in the litigation management field since 2005 with ProFile Imaging. He has 4 yrs of sales experience in the wireless communications industry before joining the ProFile Imaging team. He has a strong customer service background where it is key to identify the customers needs and come up with the best and most cost effective solution for the customer.

Selena Dickerson
Selena Dickerson is a consultant with experience in a wide variety of litigation support applications, including, Summation, Concordance, IPRO and on-line review platforms. She also has extensive experience in Project Management, Production and Quality Control. She is able to consult with clients to quickly determine pro active solutions and develop deliverables that works for the clients while keeping the timeline and budget in consideration.

Daniel Howes, Customer Service Representative
Dan is one of the top customer service representatives for ProFile Imaging and has been with the company since 2007. His success is attributed to superior attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Warren White, Customer Service Representative
Warren has been one of our top customer service representatives for over two years.

Edlira Bakia, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Edlira is our on-site accountant for ProFile Imaging. After graduating with her accounting degree, she has worked her way through her career to handle all the A/R and A/P for ProFile Imaging.

Carleen Hrobat, Receptionist/Court Reporting Manager
Carleen has been with ProFile Imaging for over 4 years. She heads up our court reporting division and handles all invoicing and project requests.

Dave Paulick, Regional F.M. Manager
Dave is the On-Site Production Manager for ProFile Imaging's Elk n Elk Facilities Management. He joined ProFile in January of 2006, with 14 years experience in production management, account development, outsourcing management, and sales. Prior to joining the ProFile team he worked in the corporate office of a global law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. With his well-rounded background Dave has done it all, from high volume printing to onsite management.
