Michele Ferre---Account Manager Michele has been in the litigation support industry since 1993. Her extensive experience range from Recruiting/Training, Production Management, Facilities Management and Mailroom Design, on the operations side, to Customer Service and Account Management on the sales side. Michele has helped implement Best Practices and Customer Service programs for several large companies. Her handling of multimillion dollar accounts has become a specialty and has allowed her customers to focus on their core business while Michele managed their litigation support needs. Michele joined ProFile Imaging Akron in 2007 and is currently managing Production.
