1. What is the benefit of scanning as opposed to a hard copy?

A. Scanning makes it faster and easier to search through a large population of documents. We can OCR the images making the image searchable and also write a load file to import the documents into a litigation support software, like Summation, which makes creating a database and sorting through your documents much easier than paging through hard copies.

2. Why get trained in Summation?

A. Summation is a very powerful and robust software package. In order to maximize the usage of the program it is in your best interest to get trained by a Summation Certified Trainer (SCT) to help teach the most efficient ways to use the program and manage your databases.
